Service Delivery & Shipping Policy
How we deliver our digital services, what you receive and how we keep you updated along the way. Last updated 26 October 2026.
1. Digital and professional services only
Devibi provides digital and professional services: website design and development, app and MVP development, AI integration and automation, custom CRM development, search engine optimisation (SEO), conversion rate optimisation (CRO), brand motion, website maintenance and care, and hosting arranged for clients.
These services are provided by DEVIBI LTD for clients in the United Kingdom and Europe, and by Devibi LLC for clients everywhere else. The company named on your proposal is the one that delivers your work. Our About page has more on both companies.
2. No physical products and no shipping
We do not sell or ship physical products. Nothing is posted or sent by courier, so there are no shipping charges, no delivery addresses to provide and no customs or import costs. Everything we deliver is digital.
3. Delivered remotely
Our team works remotely from Pakistan and all services are delivered remotely. We have no office or showroom open to visitors, and none of the addresses connected to our companies is a walk-in office. Meetings take place by video call.
4. What you receive
The exact deliverables for your engagement are listed in your proposal or statement of work. Depending on the service, they typically include:
- Website design and development: a designed and built website deployed to your hosting or hosting we arrange, with CMS or admin access, the source code for custom builds, and the design files.
- App and MVP development: the working application deployed to the agreed environment, with its source code and technical documentation.
- AI integration and automation: workflows and integrations set up in the agreed tools, with documentation explaining how they run.
- Custom CRM development: the deployed CRM, user and admin access, and documentation for your team.
- SEO and digital marketing: audits, technical fixes, on-page improvements, content and monthly reports.
- Conversion rate optimisation: research, test plans, experiments and reports on the results.
- Brand motion: animation and video files in the formats agreed in your proposal.
- Website maintenance and care: the updates, backups, monitoring and fixes your plan covers, with monthly reporting.
- Hosting arranged for you: hosting set up and looked after for your site, with your site, content and domain kept in your name.
5. How delivery works
Project work follows these steps, as set out in your proposal:
- Kickoff: we confirm the brief and collect the answers, content and access we need from you.
- Staging review: you review the work on a private staging or preview link and give feedback, with revision rounds as set out in your proposal.
- Approval: you approve the finished work before it goes live.
- Launch: we deploy it to your live domain or the agreed environment and check that it works there.
- Handover: we hand over the access, files, source code and documentation included in your proposal.
Files are delivered electronically, for example through a shared folder, a code repository or a download link. Live work is delivered by deploying it to your hosting or ours.
6. Timelines
Delivery timelines are confirmed in each proposal or statement of work. The timeline starts once we have received the kickoff answers, content and access we need from you.
A timeline can move when:
- content, feedback or approvals arrive later than planned
- the scope changes after the proposal has been agreed
- a third party causes a delay, such as a hosting provider, a domain transfer, or a platform or app store review
- work is paused, after we have given you written notice, because an invoice is overdue
If a date is at risk, we tell you as soon as we know, explain why and agree a revised date with you.
7. Ongoing monthly services
Some services are delivered through ongoing monthly work rather than as a one-time delivery. Website maintenance and care plans, SEO and marketing plans, CRO retainers and hosting run continuously for as long as your plan is active. Each month we carry out the work your plan covers and report on what was done.
Monthly services are optional and agreed separately in writing. How they are billed is set out in our Payment & Billing Policy, and how they can be cancelled in our Refund & Cancellation Policy.
8. Communication and project management
You receive updates and deliverables through the communication and project management channels agreed for your project:
- Email at [email protected], for questions, approvals and written records.
- Scheduled video calls for kickoff, reviews and check-ins.
- Shared project tools agreed per project, such as a shared board, folder or code repository.
- Progress updates throughout the project, so you always know what has been done and what comes next.
You can also reach us on +44 7513 671716 or through our contact page. New enquiries receive a reply within one business day.
9. Acceptance and the launch warranty
You review and approve deliverables before launch or final handover. For website projects, your approval of the finished site is typically the point at which the final payment falls due, as set out in your proposal.
Where your proposal includes it, our 30-day launch warranty applies: for 30 days after launch, we fix bugs in our work free of charge. After that, fixes are covered by a care plan or quoted before any work starts. New pages and features are always quoted first. Approving work does not affect your legal rights.
10. Ownership and access
On full payment for a milestone, we assign to you ownership of the final deliverables for that milestone. Until that milestone is paid in full, ownership stays with us. Third-party components remain under their own licences, and our pre-existing tools, libraries and know-how remain ours. Your site, content, domain and Google accounts stay in your name, and you can move to your own hosting at any time. The full terms are in our Terms & Conditions.
11. If a delivery is late or not right
If something is late, missing or not working as agreed, email [email protected] with the details. We review it promptly and fix it or perform the work again. If we cannot put it right, the remedies in our Refund & Cancellation Policy apply, including a refund of the affected part where that is due.
12. Changes to this policy and contact
We may update this policy from time to time. The version published at this address, dated above, is the current one. Changes do not apply retrospectively to agreements already made. Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle personal data during a project.
For any question about delivery, email [email protected] or visit our contact page.
