Privacy Policy

What we collect when you use this website, why we collect it, and what you can ask us to do about it. Last updated July 22, 2026.

1. Who we are

Devibi (“Devibi”, “we”, “us”) is a web design, app development, AI automation, SEO and CRO studio, and is the data controller for personal data collected through https://devibi.com. You can reach us at hello@devibi.com or on +44 7513 671716.

2. What we collect

Information you give us. When you submit an enquiry form we collect your name, email address, the services you selected, your indicated budget, your message, and — on our UK and Australia enquiry forms — your phone number if you provide one. We also record which page the enquiry came from, so we know what you were reading when you got in touch.

Information collected automatically. Like most websites, our analytics and advertising tools receive your IP address, device and browser type, approximate location, the pages you visit, and how you arrived at the site. If you book a call, that booking is handled by Google Calendar and is subject to Google’s own privacy policy.

We do not ask for, and do not want, payment card details or other sensitive personal data through this website.

3. Why we use it

We use enquiry data to reply to you, scope the work and, if you become a client, deliver it. We use analytics and advertising data to understand which pages and campaigns bring in useful enquiries so we can improve them. Our lawful bases are legitimate interests (responding to enquiries and running our business), performance of a contract where you engage us, and consent for non-essential cookies where consent is required.

4. Analytics and advertising

This site uses Google Analytics 4 and Google Ads conversion tracking, loaded via Google Tag Manager. These set cookies and similar identifiers that help us measure traffic and attribute enquiries to campaigns. You can opt out of Google Analytics using Google’s browser add-on, and you can control ad personalisation in your Google account settings. Blocking these does not affect your ability to use the site or contact us.

5. Who we share it with

We do not sell personal data. We share it only with service providers who help us run the site and respond to you: Google (analytics, advertising and calendar booking), Resend (delivery of enquiry emails), Fontshare (webfont delivery) and our hosting provider. Each processes data on our behalf or as an independent controller under its own policy. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

6. How long we keep it

Enquiry emails are kept for as long as we have a live or prospective working relationship with you, and for a reasonable period afterwards for our records. Analytics data is retained according to the retention period configured in Google Analytics. If you would like your enquiry deleted sooner, email us and we will do it.

7. Your rights

If you are in the UK, the EU or another jurisdiction with comparable law, you can ask us for a copy of the personal data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, object to or restrict how we use it, and withdraw consent where we relied on it. Email hello@devibi.com and we will respond within one month. If you are unhappy with our response, UK residents can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office.

8. International transfers

We work with clients and providers in multiple countries, so your data may be processed outside your own. Where that happens we rely on our providers’ standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards.

9. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as the site or our tools change. The date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.

10. Contact

For anything relating to this policy or your data, contact us at hello@devibi.com or via our contact page. Our terms of service cover use of the site and our engagements.
